Banana, Raspberry, Manuka and Bee Pollen Smoothie
This fruity, energy packed smoothie is perfect for busy mornings, mid-morning snack or sipping on the go.

• Half a banana
• Half a cup of raspberries
• Half a cup of plain Greek yogurt
• 1 tablespoon of Bee Pollen
• Half a teaspoon of Manuka Honey
• Half a cup of water
• Half a teaspoon of cinnamon
• Two handfuls of ice

1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth.
2. Then add the ice and pulse the blender again until smooth.
3. Pour in a glass and enjoy!
